OVERVIEW:

The Lead Data & Reporting Developer will partner with Business, Analytics, and Technology teams to engineer and support Business Intelligence (BI) and Analytics technology solutions by developing data and reporting in Power BI and Qlik Sense for self-service BI.  This position will also contribute to the BI and Analytics teams in overall technical and engineering direction.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Work with Business and Analytics teams to identify BI solutions to achieve business results.

• Ensure appropriate implementation of BI reports and technology within both the development and production environments.

• Perform engineering and design functions for BI and Analytics; oversee the introduction of new BI applications and technologies by utilizing industry standard processes.

• Provide Analytics technical support to business and partners.

• Establish, maintain, and enhance relationships with Business, Analytics, and Technology partners.

• Maintain awareness of trends and issues in the area of BI and Analytics technology; evaluate new technology opportunities and provide analysis of their potential impact to business.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree.

• 5 – 7 Years of relevant experience.

Targeted Pay Range: $83,000 – $138,200. This is part of a competitive total rewards package that could include other components such as: incentive, equity and benefits. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all teammate pay regularly to ensure competitive and equitable pay.
