OVERVIEW:

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Project Work:

  • Will participate in ground up development projects with a focus on DSG HOS and DSG stores, ranging from single use sites to land development with DSG banners as anchor.

Project Coordination:

  • Coordinate with Real Estate and Development to arrange property subdivisions as necessary.

  • Coordinate the approval of planning concepts with the development team.

  • Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies, to ensure successful project execution.

  • Cross departmental coordination of layout, prototype version and site layout.

Designing & Planning:

  • Site Planners are involved in designing and planning retail projects. They analyze project requirements, conduct feasibility studies, and create detailed designs, considering factors such as access, utility connections, parking efficiency, safety, functionality, and environmental impact.

  • Responsible for Supporting the site planning team.

  • Creating and updating site plans and lease plans for proposed new developments, redevelopments, and expansions. Site plans may include buildings, parking, roads, landscaping, etc.

  • Update and maintain site plans to reflect changes to legal documents such as surveys, leasing updates, and property adjustments.

  • Ability to create and execute on CAD work, master planning, site planning, site analysis, conceptual designs, and feasibility studies.

Creation & Capabilities:

  • Rendering capabilities (experience in Rhino, SketchUp, Adobe Suite). Experienced user of Google Earth to utilize aerial images for site mapping.

  • Create conceptual renderings in Photoshop and SketchUp to convey the design intent of internal concepts and potential leasing concepts.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 1-3 years experience

Targeted Pay Range: $76,500 - $124,600. This is part of a competitive total rewards package that could include other components such as: incentive, equity and benefits. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
