As a Salesforce Developer at United Rentals, you will assist the development team with building Salesforce web applications on the Salesforce platform. You’ll be responsible for creating internal applications for a number of projects in coordination with the project management and development teams. You will work with project managers, developers, and administrators to ensure the quality delivery of enterprise solutions.

Additional duties include the following:
Develop front end and mobile applications and components on the Salesforce platform
Consult on UI/UX designs, wireframes, and flows with the PM team
Build mechanisms and best practices to prevent recurrence of performance issues
Troubleshoot and resolve issues
Support SFDC enhancement testing and rollout
Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement
Keep abreast of technology trends and new Salesforce features and functionality
Other duties assigned as needed
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
4+ years of experience as a front end Salesforce developer
Knowledge and experience with HTML, Javascript, and CSS
Experience with Salesforce: Lightning Components, APEX, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL
Experience with related web technologies like: JQuery, SOAP, and REST
Experience building mobile and responsive web applications
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with technical and non-technical audiences in a geographically dispersed environment (conf. calls, webex, face-to-face)
Self-motivated, creative thinking, and the ability to grasp concepts quickly
Experience handling numerous projects/priorities using proven project management methodologies and sound practices to ensure the quality delivery of enterprise solutions
