Open Rank, Tenure-Track Faculty Position in Macro/Meso Organizational Behavior

Applications are invited from qualified individuals for an open rank, tenure-track position in Macro/Meso Organizational Behavior within the Department of Business Administration. We are particularly interested in candidates doing interdisciplinary research related to work and employment. Qualified candidates will have completed a Ph.D. in , Organizational Theory, Management or a related discipline by June 2024 to be considered for 100% full-time assistant, associate, or full professor. Applicants should have demonstrated strong research skills through refereed publications in premier journals and have a strong teaching capability.

The Department of Business Administration is a large and diverse unit, which includes graduate and undergraduate programs across eight academic areas (i.e., Organizational Behavior, Strategic Management, International Business, Marketing, Operations Management, Information Systems, Business Analytics, and Supply Chain).  Additional information about the Department may be found


  • Maintain an active and productive program of organizational research. 
  • Teach at the graduate and undergraduate levels.
  • Perform service for the department.
  • Provide leadership in the department and the university.


  • Candidates at advanced ranks must possess a Ph.D. degree; candidates for assistant professor should expect to have completed their doctoral degree by June 2024.
  • Strong research portfolio.
  • Demonstrated teaching effectiveness.
  • Leadership potential commensurate with position sought.

SALARY:  Salary will be commensurate with rank and experience.
