Yummy Future is a food & beverage robotics startup. We design, build and operate robotic coffee shops. As a new business, we are looking for highly energetic and innovative individuals to be part of our team. Responsibilities

  • Visualize ideas and designs in 2D and 3D using Fusion 360
  • Design parts for 3D printing, optimizing orientation and slicing parameters
  • Assists with the definition of requirements for tools, equipment, materials, parts, and processes used in the engineering design, manufacture, and/or maintenance of Yummy Future robotic products
  • Work as part of a project team to coordinate database development and determine project scope and limitations
  • Troubleshooting mechanical problems and crafting creative solutions

Qualifications

  • 2 to 3 years of experience and a bachelor’s in a related field (Mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, robotics engineering, etc.)
  • Experience in 3D design modeling (Fusion 360, SolidWorks, CAD)
  • Have experience solving planning problems with real-world robotic systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-oriented, team environment

Other Job-specific Skills

  • CAM skills using CNC Router
  • Familiarity with PCB Design
  • Knowledge of 3D graphics and geometry
  • Demonstrated ability and knowledge of sheet metal work

Nice to Have

  • The ideal candidate has very strong computer skills, an understanding of the structure, and excellent organizational skills
  • Experience soldering small components
  • Experience using rendering software like C4D
  • Proficient in C++/C#, Python programming in a production environment

Compensation

$65,000 – $75,000 per year
